Location
The apartments are located in Ponikva, just 50 meters from the small trail and the ski lift. The property is in a mountainous area at an altitude of 1580m, close to the tourist information center and several weekend houses.

Accommodation
The facility has 12 apartments (6 small and 6 large).
Small apartments have a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
Large apartments have one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room.
All apartments have a private toilet, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, and Wi-Fi access.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed outside on terraces and around the building. Pets are not allowed.

Check in / Check out
Check in: After 10:00 in the morning.
Check out: Until 10:00 in the morning with the possibility of an agreement.
The key is given on the spot by an authorized person for the facility.

Cleaning and Linen
Bed linen and towels are changed on the 5th day, mandatory, and earlier at the request of the guests.

Capacity
Maximum capacity is 60 people including children.

Facilities and Surroundings
The facility has private parking, a children’s corner with swings, a large terrace with a sunset view, a grill and fireplace area, and a common room for socializing in winter equipped with two Smart TVs, a coffee maker, and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar. There is also space to leave bicycles.

Ponikva offers beautiful nature, clean air, ski trails, cycling and hiking trails, and restaurants with local food.
