Type and capacity
The property offers two modern apartments, each featuring one double bed and a sofa. The accommodation is recommended for two guests per apartment.

Wellness and relaxation
Each apartment includes a private jacuzzi with powerful massage motors and a sauna with digital touch controls. The space is enhanced with a projector, screen, and surround sound system for a full cinema experience.

One apartment features a shower with a massage function, while the other offers a waterfall-style shower.

Smart technology
The accommodation is fully automated with smart lighting systems and a self check-in / check-out system, allowing for easy and flexible arrival and departure.

Entertainment and comfort
Each apartment includes a PS4 console, high-quality mattresses, and satin bedding for maximum comfort.

Kitchen facilities
The kitchens are fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher.

There is no private parking; parking is available upon prior notice/arrangement.

The apartments are located directly opposite the Government building, in a central and highly accessible area.

Check-out: until 11:00
Late check-out is possible upon request, depending on availability.

Bed linen and towels are changed for longer stays.
Pets are allowed depending on their size.
