The villa is located on Kej Macedonia.

It has 8 rooms, one apartment, and a total of 20 beds.

All rooms are fully equipped with a private bathroom, hairdryer, TV with over 100 channels, refrigerator, and wardrobe. Four rooms have a terrace overlooking the lake, while four do not. The apartment has a terrace with a lake view and an additional kitchen.

Only the apartment has a kitchen.

The villa has Wi-Fi.

The villa provides parking cards for guests for the city parking lot located right in front of the villa.

The maximum capacity is for 23/24 people, including extra beds in the larger rooms.

We are located near Hotel Palace, in the city center, with many restaurants, cafes, and the nearest beach just 5 minutes away. Guests can swim directly on the quay. There is also a Luna Park nearby, a catamaran ride to St. Naum, and scenic walks around the old part of the city.

The accommodation is located right on the quay.

The neighborhood is made up of family-oriented people and most are apartment renters.

Check-in: After 2 PM, but if the room is ready earlier, it's not a problem.

Check-out: By 10 AM.

The key is picked up at the reception, which operates from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Bedding and towels are changed every third day, but upon guest request, we can adjust.

Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation has a space for bicycle storage. There is also a lobby, reception, and a small yard that guests can use.

Heating is via panel/air conditioning, and cooling is via air conditioning.
