The facility consists of 5 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, a
rest room that can also be used for sleeping, and a kitchen. In the first
bedroom, there is a double bed and one single bed; in the second bedroom, a
double bed with two additional single beds; the third bedroom features two
pull-out beds; and the rest room includes 2 large pull-out sofas.
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV,
and wardrobes. The bathroom and kitchen are shared among the rooms.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and offers Wi-Fi
throughout the property.
Private parking is available for guests.
The maximum guest capacity is 15 people.

The area is quiet, with no neighbors nearby.
