The cottage is located in the village of Mavrovo, near the St. Moritz motel, just 2.5 km from the Zare Lazarevski ski center.

This two-story cottage offers a comfortable and spacious layout. The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and dining area as an open-plan common space, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a pull-out bed), a bathroom, and a terrace.

The second floor is an attic space, fully open and designed to accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a double bed, two single beds, a cozy living area, and a partitioned section with a new bathroom and shower cabin.

The cottage is fully equipped with cookware, a combined electric and gas stove, a refrigerator, two TVs (one on each floor), a sound system, an iron, and a hairdryer.

Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi and VOOM TV.

The heating system combines a wood-burning fireplace and electric radiators, with air conditioning on the second floor.

Although the cottage does not have private parking, guests can use the parking area above the St. Moritz motel or along the road below the cottage.

The maximum capacity of the entire cottage is 8 people.

The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

Check-in: After 2:00 p.m. (Early check-in can be arranged by agreement).
Check-out: By 12:00 p.m.

The key can be collected from the owners by prior arrangement. In winter, the hosts ensure the cottage is heated before guests arrive.

For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen and towels will be changed. There is a reserve of bed linen and towels available in the cottage.

Pets are not allowed, and there is a designated area for bicycle storage.
