The facility offers 15 rooms, including 12 double rooms, 6 single rooms, and 6 rooms with double beds.

There are also two spacious studios, each 40 m², featuring a double bed and a pull-out sofa (2+2), ideal for two adults and two children up to 14 years old.

Additionally, the two-room apartment (50 m²) includes a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two terraces—one with a view of the lake and the other overlooking the mountains.

All rooms are centrally air-conditioned, featuring a modern cooling and heating system with state-of-the-art fan coils connected to a smart central system. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, hot water kettle, and Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The studios include a mini kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, and dining service for four people.

The two-room apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and dining service for four people.

The facility provides secure 24-hour private parking, monitored by a cutting-edge camera system with motion detection.

The maximum capacity of the facility is 38 guests, and pets are not allowed. The villa offers dedicated storage space for bicycles.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful surrounding mountain trails, perfect for climbing and mountain biking, as well as stunning beaches and the most scenic part of Lake Ohrid. The area also boasts excellent national restaurants, the unique city on the water, and some of the best diving spots!

Check-in is available after 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys or entry cards are provided by a member of our family.

We ensure daily room checks, and towels are replaced promptly when left on the floor. Bed linens are changed every three days or sooner upon request.
