The villa features two bedrooms and a living room. The first bedroom contains two single beds, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The living room includes a sofa that converts into an additional bed.

The living room is also equipped with a fully functional kitchen and a TV. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each has its own terrace.

The villa boasts two kitchens: one on the lower floor and another on the upper floor. Both kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.

The villa offers Wi-Fi for guest convenience.

While there is no private parking, guests can park for free at the nearby Tuto Hotel parking lot, located right next to the villa.

The maximum capacity of the villa is 4 adults. Children up to 7 years old can stay for free.

The accommodation is located in close proximity to Tuto Hotel, as well as scenic hiking trails leading to Galicnik and the St. Jovan Bigorski Monastery.
