The accommodation is located in the Municipality of Lozovo, along the main road between Veles and Štip. It lies in a flatland area within a residential neighborhood, surrounded by nature and just a short drive from the town of Veles and Lake Mladost.

The apartment can accommodate up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a living room that includes a sofa bed suitable for two people. In total, there are three beds available. The kitchen and dining area are part of the open-plan living room, creating a comfortable and functional space for guests.
