The villa is located in the hotel zone of Kruševo, about a 5-minute walk from the city center. The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, with easy access to nearby amenities.

Accommodation and capacity
The facility has a total capacity of 25 guests and includes 10 rooms and apartments:

• 3 double rooms (two single beds joined as a double bed)
• 5 rooms with two joined beds plus a pull-out armchair (suitable for a family with one or two small children)
• 2 apartments with one double bed and two joined beds

All rooms and apartments have a private bathroom and toilet.

Each unit includes kitchen facilities (in studios and apartments), TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Kitchens are equipped with a small refrigerator, cooking surface, utensils, glasses, and cookware.
