The villa is located in the village of Bigla. It is situated in a dispersed-type village with an easily accessible asphalt road. The villa features an outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off during the summer months.

The villa itself consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. The total capacity of the villa is for 10 people, or 5 people per apartment. The villa can be reserved by apartment or as a whole if both apartments are available.
