Since this is a fish restaurant, the trout
and carp occupy the first place on the menu. Besides fish, there is a wide
selection of barbecue, traditionally prepared dished, such as pies, stacked
petulici, bakrdanik and plenty more. There are even cooked meat dished with
home-made pork, lamb and divech.
Most of the dishes prepared here are from
home-made groceries, some of which are even organic.
The most authentic traditional dish is
called “meat from kache”. It is prepared with fresh pork meat, soaked in coarse
salt and lard. It can be fried with or without onions and dried peppers.
This is a unique recipe, because the
restaurant is one of the very few places where you can find this dish and try
the traditional recipe.
