What Is the Microgreens Workshop?

This workshop aims to introduce participants to the diverse flavors, aromas, and benefits of microgreens grown from various plant species.
Through tasting sessions and hands-on activities, microgreens are combined on bruschettas with different spreads, creating unique flavors and creative combinations.

The workshop is designed as a team-based challenge, with smaller groups formed by the Kajak.mk team, making the entire experience dynamic, interactive, and memorable.

Who Can Participate?

• The workshop is organized for pre-formed groups

• Minimum 5 participants per group (for financial viability)

• No upper limit on the number of participants

• For groups of more than 40 participants, reservations must be made at least one month in advance to ensure timely preparation of microgreens for everyone

Each team receives the same ingredients, with the goal of creating the most creative and delicious bruschetta using microgreens. This is followed by tasting and voting.

3. Micro Quiz

A short and fun quiz with questions about microgreens, their benefits, and uses — ideal for encouraging team collaboration.

4. Mini Lesson: “From Seed to Microgreen”

A brief demonstration and explanation of how microgreens are grown and how anyone can start growing them at home.
