What will you experience?
Depending on the season, you will have the opportunity to:
- Pick fresh homemade peppers directly from the fields.
- Roast peppers using traditional methods.
- Take part in preparing authentic Macedonian ajvar.
- If it is not ajvar season, prepare traditional Macedonian mekici together with the hosts.
- Walk through the family’s fields and greenhouses and learn how the vegetables that end up on the table are grown.
