What the experience includes

1. Welcome & Introduction (15 minutes)
Guests are welcomed at the family’s tasting stand near the lake, where the hosts introduce the story of the Biljarski family, their passion for nature, and how their journey of producing natural products began.

2. Authentic Product Tasting
Participants will enjoy a guided tasting of some of the family’s signature products:

• Traditional Pine Syrup

• Maleševo Honey

• Two types of homemade fruit preserves (slatko)

During the tasting, guests will learn about the ingredients, traditional preparation methods, and the health benefits associated with these products.

3. Short Forest Walk by the Lake (20 minutes)
The experience continues with a relaxing walk along the forest path by Berovo Lake. During this time, the hosts share stories about the region, the pine forests, and the unique natural environment that gives Maleševo its distinctive flavors.

4. Photo Stop & Second Tasting
Guests take a short photo break with views of the lake, followed by another tasting moment featuring homemade natural juice and warm conversations with the hosts.

5. Return to the Stand
The experience concludes back at the tasting stand, where visitors can ask questions, learn more about the products, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Maleševo mountains.
