The villa is located in the city center, on the quay, next to the Palace Hotel.

It offers 8 double rooms and two apartments for 4 people.

Four rooms are situated on the front side of the villa, all fully equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, private bathrooms, and wireless internet. Two rooms have double beds, while two have two separate beds.

The other four rooms are located at the back of the villa. These rooms do not have balconies, are smaller in size, and are therefore more affordable. Despite not having air conditioning, they remain cool due to the ample shade. These rooms also feature private bathrooms, cable TV, and internet access. Two of these rooms have double beds, and two have two separate beds.

The apartments are designed for 4 people, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two separate beds. These apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, private bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the lake.

Please note that there are no kitchens in the rooms or apartments.

Upon arrival, guests register at the reception, following all protocols for COVID-19 protection. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Guests will receive keys to their room and the front door. The facility operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Bed linens are changed every 3 days, and towels are changed every 2 days.

There is a parking lot in front of the villa, which is a city parking area. Guests are responsible for paying for parking, which costs MKD 400 for 24 hours.
