An apartment with two bedrooms, where one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a double bed, one single bed, and a single bed, along with a living room and dining area.

The villa has one room on the ground floor with three single beds or one double and one single bed. On the second floor, the villa has a double bed and a single bed. Upon request, the villa can also provide a crib for a child.

Kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and cooking and dining utensils.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Parking is available in the property's yard.

The maximum capacity of the entire property is between 12 to 15 people.

The villa features a large park with greenery and nature, providing a peaceful and quiet night with no noise, as well as recreation areas for sports and a swimming pool. It is safe for children to play, with flat surfaces for running.

Check-in is from 1:00 PM, and if the property is available earlier, exceptions may be made. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

The key is picked up from the owners, who will meet the guests in front of the villa and introduce them to the surroundings.

If guests stay for more than 7 or 10 days, bed linens and towels will be changed.
