The villa is located on the shore of the lake and offers a wonderful view from its terraces. Each room has a bathroom, a mini kitchen for easy meals, entry, and a terrace with a million-dollar view. There are 6 different studios. All of them have two separate beds, but there is a possibility for a third bed for a child up to 12 years old (An extra bed).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a small heating platform like a gas ring (not a stove), plates, cups, coffee, milk, forks, spoons, pots, electric kettle, pans, salt, oil, sugar, sponge etc.

There is also an excellent Wi-Fi with excellent speed.

The Parking Lot is right in front of the villa. The total capacity of the villa is 15 people.

The location is perfect because it is only 2 minutes away from Lake Mavrovo, only 5 minutes away from the forest and there is a good walking trail for hiking or cycling. Only 3.5 kilometres away is the Ski Center, and 2.5 kilometres away is Mavrovo Anovi. Nearby at only 200 meters away, you can find a local store and another big one just 1.5 kilometres away.

The studios are right on the street, in the forest with direct access to the lake and the forest. There are stairs, but no access for the disabled.

The neighbourhood is mostly private villas and it is quite a peaceful place to stay.

Keys Pick-up – from the villa, where you will meet the owners and you will be introduced to everything around.

Bedding and towels are changed every 3 nights and if the guests are staying for a longer time bedding and towels can be changed even more often per request of the guests, of course.
