Villa 2 is nestled between Strumica and Berovo, approximately 20 km from both cities, and is situated near the Suvi Laki weekend resort, at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level.

This charming villa is ideal for four guests, though it can also be rented by two people, ensuring complete privacy—no sharing with others.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and clean towels and bed linens are always provided. For longer stays, bed linens are changed regularly.

Inside, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, along with a separate toilet.

For entertainment and convenience, the villa offers Wi-Fi, a TV, and an excellent mobile network.

Heating is provided by wood-burning stoves, and there is always an ample supply of firewood and hot water.

The villa is in a secluded location, with no immediate neighbors, ensuring peace and privacy. There is no market nearby, offering a true escape into nature.

In the summer, guests can enjoy fresh vegetables from the property’s garden.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible and can be arranged individually during the reservation process.

A responsible host will greet guests upon arrival, show them around the villa, and provide an introduction to the surrounding area. The villa key is collected and returned directly to the host.

Payment is made in person upon arrival.

Villa 2 is pet-friendly and features a large yard perfect for relaxation.

Activities include hiking, cycling, climbing to the top of Jami Tepe, and visiting the nearby Suvi Laki waterfalls. The Bela Voda tourist complex is also within close proximity.
