The villa is situated above the village of Nije Pole, adjacent to the Strževo resort.

It features 5 rooms, each equipped with double beds and one single bed. Some rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while others share a bathroom and toilet on the floor.

Two of the studios include a kitchenette with built-in cooking rings, while the remaining rooms share a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa offers Wi-Fi and private parking.

With a capacity for 15 people, the villa boasts a spacious yard surrounded by mountains and rivers. It is suitable for all seasons. During the summer, the yard is beautifully landscaped with parks, umbrellas, and sunbeds. Additionally, prefab swimming pools are planned for the summer season. The yard also includes swings for children and a barbecue fireplace. The hosts organize hiking tours to the "Pelisterski Ochi" lakes.

In winter, the villa offers warm accommodations, ski and sledge rentals, and even an instructor for skiing lessons.

Guests can also request homemade food prepared by the hosts.

The villa is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway, with limited nearby amenities.

Bed linens and towels are changed every five days.

The villa does not allow pets, though exceptions may be made occasionally.

There is also a storage space for bicycles.
