Villa Description
The villa is located above the village of Niže Pole, next to the Strževo resort, in a peaceful natural environment ideal for relaxation.
Accommodation & Capacity
The villa offers 5 rooms with a total capacity for 15 guests. Each room is equipped with one double bed and one single bed.
Some rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while others share a bathroom and toilet located on the same floor.
Kitchen & Living Areas
Two studios include a kitchenette with built-in cooking hobs. The remaining rooms share a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa provides Wi-Fi and private parking.
Outdoor Area & Activities
The property features a large yard surrounded by mountains and rivers. It is suitable for all seasons.
In summer, the yard is landscaped with umbrellas and sunbeds, and prefab swimming pools are planned. There is also a children’s playground with swings and a barbecue area with a fireplace.
Guests can enjoy organized hiking tours to the “Pelisterski Ochi” lakes.
Winter Experience
During winter, the villa offers ski and sledge rentals, as well as skiing lessons with an instructor.

Homemade meals can be prepared upon request by the hosts.

House Rules & Extras
Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days.
