Important: The cottage is not located in Ponikva, but in the Polaki area.

The cottage is located in the Polaki area, on the Osogovo Mountains, at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, approximately 15 km from Kočani.

To reach the property, drive through Kočani towards the village of Pripor. Continue past the St. Elijah Church and follow the road leading to the village of Polaki.

Today, the region is almost entirely depopulated, with only around 30 residents living in the village, offering guests a peaceful and authentic nature retreat.

Accommodation

The cottage features:

• One bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, and a loveseat (the sofa and loveseat are not convertible)
• A living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, plus a loveseat
• A separate room with one pull-out bed suitable for two guests
• A small attic room with one single bed

The maximum accommodation capacity is 6 guests.

The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a Smart TV that can be connected to the internet via a mobile hotspot.

The bedroom has a TV with national channels.

The cottage also features a separate room with a fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes running hot water provided by an instant water heater.
