The cottage is located in the region of Polaki, 15 kilometers from Kočani, in the Osogovo Mountains, at an altitude of 900 meters.

To reach the area, you travel through Kočani, towards the village of Pripor, pass by the church of St. Ilija, and continue on the road leading to the village of Polaki.

Today, this region is almost completely deserted, and the village is home to nearly 30 residents.

The cottage has a fenced yard of 3000 m², a place for a barbecue, a gazebo, and within the yard, there is an oak forest, fruit orchards, and a vegetable garden.

The accommodation has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa and armchair (not pull-out), a living room with a sofa (which converts into a double bed) and an armchair, a room with a pull-out bed (for two people), a small attic room with a single bed.

The living room has a wood stove and a smart TV, which can be used with hotspot internet. The bedroom has a TV with national channels, and there is also a room with a fireplace.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with hot water from a boiler.

The cottage does not have Wi-Fi.

The cottage has private parking.

The villa is isolated, with no direct neighbors. Nearby, there is a village with a few residents.
