Accommodation
The villa features 12 apartments and studios of different sizes and layouts. All accommodation units include a private bathroom, a kitchen or kitchenette, and essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi and private parking are provided. Maximum capacity per unit ranges from 2 to 6 guests.

Ground floor: Room for 2 guests (16 m²) with a double bed (130x190), bathroom, and kitchenette. Includes a small private yard. Heating is electric.
Ground floor: Apartment (31 m²) with a double bed (150x190) and sofa bed (2+2), kitchen, and bathroom. Includes outdoor seating space. Heating is electric.

Upper ground floor: Apartment (46 m²) with two bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed (4+2), kitchen, and bathroom. No private terrace, but seating is available in the hallway and outside. Heating and cooling via inverter air conditioning and radiators.

First floor: Studio (24 m²) with a double bed (150x190) and a single bed (90x200) for 3 guests, kitchenette, and bathroom. No private terrace, but seating space is available. Heating and cooling via inverter air conditioning.

First floor: Studio (24 m²) with two single beds (90x190) that can be joined if needed, kitchen, and bathroom. Includes a private terrace. Heating and cooling via inverter air conditioning.

First floor: Apartment (50 m²) with a separate bedroom and living room (2+2), fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Includes a private terrace and two TVs. Heating and cooling via inverter air conditioning and radiator.

Location and surroundings
Nearby there is an aqua park and a sports center. The accommodation is located in a mountainous area surrounded by private houses.

Operating period
Open from April 15 to November 15, as well as during the New Year holidays.

Additional information
Keys are collected from the hosts or responsible staff. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days or upon agreement.
