The establishment today has a maximum capacity to accommodate 120 guests indoors and 60 guests on the outdoor terrace.
Kruševo Room is located in close proximity to Hotel Scorpion, which is also part of the kajak.mk platform.
The hosts of "Kruševo Room" have dedicated themselves to designing the interior in an ethnic style, aiming to transport you back in time. From traditional local costumes, old weapons used today for decoration, to home music, and of course, delicious local food.
When it comes to food, the kajak.mk team recommends trying the salted grilled pork (for those who eat pork), Krushevo sword, Krushevo sausage, and beef muscle. These are just a few of the specialties you can try at the venue.
For those looking for more information about the specialties:
Salted pork: The meat is salted and left to sit in a barrel for a period of time before being grilled. The sword consists of different pieces of meat, with grilled vegetables and baked potatoes in between. Krushevo sausage is one of the city’s brands; it is served grilled and made from minced meat. Beef muscle is stewed and served in a sauce of porcini mushrooms with mashed potatoes.
For all these dishes, the hosts have set preparation times. The vegetables and meats are purchased from local butchers and greengrocers, who strive to buy products from the locals.
Kruševo Room has been in operation since 2015. It was opened by Shuli and Vlatko, who have been well-known friends in the city for over 21 years and have been involved in hospitality during this time.
The idea behind "Kruševo Room" came from the desire to open something new in the ambiance of the golden age of the city of Krushevo, from the 19th and early 20th century. To achieve this atmosphere, the hosts decorate the venue with various clothing and crafts, which reflect a mix of Vlach and Macedonian culture.
