Today, in the database of Kayak, we are welcoming one more unique ethno restaurant from village Babino, Demir Hisar. It is a wonderful place that is demanding your attention. Complex “Babino” covers an area of 15,000 square meters, of which 2,500 square meters water area, surrounded with a small zoo, ponds with river trout and a lawn.

Host Filip is the one who opened the doors for the world of Kayak. He says that the water in “Babinska River” spring used in the pond is with a constant temperature of 12 degrees Celsius throughout the whole year (summer and winter), which is in fact ideal for breeding California trout.

This place is one of the most clean, ecological territories in our country. A place filled with greenery of untouched nature, springs with drinking water, clean air, inspiring peace leading you to wonderful barbecue and fish specialties complemented by the restaurant ambience.

For all of those, who do not know where this place is located, you can find it on the road between Demir Hisar and Gostivar. Also, guests can arrive at the restaurant with any vehicle.

The complex exists from 1996 and it is the first restaurant of this kind in the country. It grew from an abandoned fishpond and a shed into a complex with great reputation.

Because of the specialties the restaurant offers, you can meet guests from all over the world here. What attracts guests here are: traditional garlic pies, pies with cheese, maznik and zelnik, fish specialties from their fish pond and wild meat specialties as well.
