Day 1: Skopje – Welcome and Traditional Macedonian Flavors
Morning: Arrival in Skopje and check-in at a local hotel.
Late Morning: Explore the Old Bazaar, its markets, spices, and local products.
Afternoon: Culinary workshop – prepare traditional dishes like tavče gravče, ajvar, and Macedonian salads.
Evening: Dinner featuring the dishes you prepared yourself.
Day 2: Ohrid – Culinary Experience by the Lake
Morning: Travel to Ohrid (3–4 hours), with optional stops along the way for sightseeing.
Late Morning: Explore Ohrid Old Town and the stunning Lake Ohrid.
Afternoon: Hands-on culinary workshop in a local guesthouse – prepare fish dishes, komati (cheese in dough), and baklava.
