The Active Team-Building of Triglav Insurance Sets a New Record in Demir Kapija

In the month of May, many companies decide to defy the rain and cold weather by organizing outdoor activities to motivate their employees to stay physically active and take responsibility for their own health. One such company is Triglav Insurance, which, through its team-building event in Demir Kapija, set a record as the company with the highest number of employees actively hiking and exploring this region.

The unfavorable forecasts for possible rainfall did not stop us from organizing another wonderful outdoor picnic event and showcasing the Demir Kapija region to 150 employees of the company, who arrived at the Popova Kula parking lot early in the morning, dressed in sportswear and sunglasses.

A wonderful day filled with socializing, fun, and music, outdoor activities, exploring multiple locations, and of course, delicious local food and wine, were just some of the benefits enjoyed by the employees of Triglav.

By organizing such an event in Demir Kapija, Triglav Insurance provided direct support to the local economy and to local mountain guides, craftsmen, young artists, musicians, and residents who were directly involved in the entire story.

We are glad that there are companies like Triglav, whose focus is not on annual events in closed spaces with loud music, but on nature, outdoor activities, a healthy and active lifestyle, and of course, the local story that deserves support.
