The Kajak.mk team introduces you to Dimitar Makreski, another person who will play a key role in transforming tourism in 2021.

Dimitar is 22 years old and represents the beauties of Macedonia in a very unique way. On his Instagram profile @outdoorharmony.mk, you will find many suggested places in nature where you can be physically active.

Dimitar says that he uses every free day to recreate in nature. This helps him with overall well-being, spiritual renewal, and, of course, enjoying the untouched nature.

He has visited many locations, and a large part of them can be seen on his Instagram profile. His favorite locations are:

  • The Cheples Mountain Hut and the summit of Solunska Glava when it comes to hiking. As he says, the Cheples Mountain Hut has a wide open space where you can camp and catch your breath before ascending the summit of "Solunska Glava."

For 2021, he plans to gather as many enthusiasts of this type of recreational sport as possible, encouraging them to socialize more and even organize a Fitness Camp. At the camp, people will be physically active and learn more about hiking, camping, exercising, nutrition, and many other things.

Dimitar is currently supported by his close friends, who also have an adventurous spirit. He has been involved in sports his entire life, from football to hiking, camping, swimming, and more. A few months ago, he obtained his IFBB Master Fitness and Bodybuilding license, which inspired him to use this license along with his previous knowledge and experience for outdoor recreation.

These activities in nature have two positive aspects. On one hand, they have a beneficial effect on the health of the cardiovascular system, and on the other hand, they allow you to discover the best destinations in the country.

The Kajak.mk team loves your story too. Do you have something to share with us that will help promote all the beauties of the country, its food, interesting local activities, stories, or anything else? Contact us at: 076 791 157.
