Secluded Macedonian Villa with Private Pool – Book Now

For hot summer days, the team at Kajak.mk always has the perfect solution. Today, as part of our list of suggestions to help you beat the heat, we present Villa Kupenica—beautifully located and just a short distance from the city’s hustle and bustle. We recommend Villa Kupenica to those who enjoy traveling in style, savor sunsets with a good cocktail, and unwind to gentle music.

The villa is located in the village of Nikuljane, just 11 km from Kumanovo and 44 km from Skopje. It’s the perfect retreat for swimming in the tranquility of nature, enjoying time with your loved ones, or even for an intimate getaway. The property is surrounded by tall pine trees, ensuring maximum privacy. In the summer, relax by the pool, and in the winter, cozy up by the fireplace with a glass of fine red wine while enjoying the stunning view from the living room.

The villa features a spacious living room with a fireplace, four bedrooms with a total of ten beds, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and one toilet.

As for the yard, the entire property covers 5,000 m². The garden features a pool, located at a lower level, which can be used free of charge during the summer season.

As part of the property is the “Kupenica” winery. Towards the end of summer and in early autumn, guests can participate in the grape harvest.

The villa is ideal for couples, families with children, older guests, groups (up to ten people), and VIP visitors.
