Today, we are excited to welcome another unique ethno restaurant to the Kajak database—"Babino" from the village of Babino, Demir Hisar. This captivating destination is truly worth your attention. The "Babino" complex spans 15,000 square meters, including 2,500 square meters of water area, and is surrounded by a charming small zoo, ponds filled with river trout, and lush lawns.
This location is one of the cleanest and most eco-friendly areas in our country, surrounded by the untouched beauty of nature. It boasts fresh springs with drinking water, clean air, and a peaceful atmosphere that sets the stage for delightful barbecue and fish specialties, all complemented by the inviting ambiance of the restaurant.
For those unfamiliar with its whereabouts, the complex is located along the road connecting Demir Hisar and Gostivar. Guests can easily reach the restaurant by any vehicle.
The complex has been in existence since 1996 and is the first restaurant of its kind in the country. It has transformed from an abandoned fishpond and a simple shed into a renowned establishment with a stellar reputation.
Due to its exceptional specialties, the restaurant attracts guests from all over the world. Highlights of the menu include traditional garlic pies, pies with cheese, maznik, zelnik, fish dishes sourced directly from their fish pond, and wild meat specialties.
