(under-the-dome baking) cooking experience hosted by a local family in the
mountain village of Ramne. This is not a restaurant visit, but a real Macedonian
village gathering, where food, nature, tradition, and hospitality come

Together with the hosts,
guests take part in the traditional process of:

the dough
Preparing the komat
Baking the komat under
the pirostija (sač / iron dome)
Guests are free to
photograph and film the entire process.
Serving the Freshly Baked Komat
Once baked, the komat is
served hot. Guests may choose to enjoy it with:

Homemade white or red

Homemade fruit compote
