Nestled on the banks of the Markova River and surrounded by dense forest, this private hideaway offers a spacious yard and a pool – the perfect setting for a peaceful one-day escape into nature.

The friendly hosts offer the outdoor space, summer kitchen, and pool for day rentals, ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends looking to relax in a private, natural setting.

A unique private suspension bridge, exclusively for guests, adds a special touch from the moment you arrive. The property features an outdoor wood-fired oven, separate men’s and women’s restrooms, an outdoor faucet (non-potable water), and complete privacy throughout.

Key features of the villa:

• A fully equipped summer kitchen with storage space and a traditional outdoor oven

• A shaded area by the pool, and a spacious indoor hall with a capacity of up to 150 people

• Two restrooms (male and female)

• Tables, chairs, and sun loungers around the pool

• A poolside bar area that can be customized, including refrigerators

• An indoor bar and an open fireplace

• For smaller gatherings, plasticware is recommended for guest safety

• Fireworks and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited

• Guests are free to decorate the space to their liking

• Access to the villa is by foot via a private suspension bridge – crossing the river by car is not recommended in order to protect the environment

• The space is well-equipped for day use, but strictly follows all legal guidelines. Open flames, torches, and use of electrically powered music equipment near the pool are not allowed. Music volume must comply with local sound regulations
