Issue conditions

1. General terms and conditions

– Driver with a minimum age of 25

– Possession of a category B driving license for at least 5 years

! The vehicle is not allowed to be used for:

– illegal activities – criminal acts

– driver training – transportation of goods or services

– towing other vehicles – parties

– transportation of explosive and flammable substances

! In the event of a problem with the vehicle or malfunction, a mutual solution (another term or vehicle) is required

! In the event of a traffic accident, damage or theft of the vehicle, the lessee is obliged by law to report it to the competent authorities and to submit the necessary documents and information.

– In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, the lessee bears all responsibility and material damage.

– In the event of alcohol intoxication, non-compliance with regulations, the influence of narcotic drugs and the like, the lessee bears all responsibility.

2. Period of issuing a reservation and cancellation of a reservation

– The period is calculated according to the calendar

! The first and last day are calculated at 70% of the regular amount

– minimum rental period.

* low season – 5 days

* high season – 7 days

! For a rental period shorter than the minimum, + 20% of the total amount is charged

! Failure to comply with the agreed rental period will result in a 50% charge for each day

– For rentals longer than 15 days (-10% of the regular price)

- the remaining amount is paid before picking up the vehicle

- a reservation is made by paying 30% of the total amount

- Cancellation of a reservation:

*before 10 days the entire amount is refunded

*after 10 days the deposit is not refunded

3. Pick-up and return of the vehicle

- The vehicle is picked up from 08:00 to 14:00 and returned from 08:00 to 16:00 at the same location in Kriva Palanka

- the allowed kilometers traveled, calculated on average per day, is 350 Km.

- if there are more Km. than the allowed 350 Km., a charge of 20 den. per Km.
