Indoor capacity for 20–25 people, covering an area of 50 m², with 30 chairs, training tables, a mini kitchen, and a private restroom.

Outdoor capacity for up to 40 participants, featuring two large and eight smaller tents, additional tables, 20 chairs, as well as an outdoor restroom and changing rooms.

A pool measuring 8x4x1.5m and a well-maintained yard of 1200 m², ideal for private parties, retreats, and team-building events.

Direct access to the river with a length of 100 meters.

Private parking for 10–15 vehicles, with the option for additional parking.
