Jesus Christ. It is an important symbol of Orthodox Christianity and a

- Windbreaker
– to protect from rain and wind.

shirt/sweater – to retain body heat, especially if the trail is long
or you’re at higher altitudes.
- Long
pants – lightweight, quick-drying materials are best. Waterproof pants
are also an option.
- Hat
or scarf – for protection against sun or cold, particularly in higher
areas.
- Gloves
– if hiking in higher elevations, winter gloves might be necessary.
- Hiking
boots – with a good anti-slip sole and ankle support to avoid injuries
on uneven terrain.
- Socks
– comfortable and moisture-wicking.
Equipment:
- Backpack
– for carrying water, food, and extra clothing.

shorter trails, a small backpack is ideal. For longer or more challenging
hikes, a larger one is recommended.

– bring enough water, especially on longer trails without natural water
sources.

allergy medications.
