Step into the world of traditional weaving and spend two hours in the company of Sara and Damjan, two young artisans who have been continuing the craft they inherited from their grandmother Blagica since the age of 15.
Today, with great passion and dedication, they create woven belts, aprons, materials for traditional vests, beaded ornaments, bracelets, and other pieces inspired by Macedonian tradition.
Their workshop is located in the heart of Skopje, at Rekord, right next to the Theatre for Children and Youth.
Book a unique two-hour experience at their workshop, where you will have the opportunity to:
- learn about traditional Macedonian costumes and discover more about their details and significance;
- try weaving yourself and experience this traditional craft firsthand;
- dress in traditional Macedonian costume and take photos;
- meet Sara and Damjan and hear their personal story about the craft they inherited and continue with great passion.
