The one-day tour “A Day on the Farm” begins with an early morning departure from Skopje and arrival at a traditional Macedonian farm, where the group is welcomed by the hosts and introduced to the farming lifestyle.

The day continues with collecting fresh eggs from the chickens and milking cows and goats, followed by the preparation of a homemade breakfast made entirely from fresh and natural farm products.

After breakfast, the group engages in hands-on activities—caring for the animals, feeding them, maintaining the farm, and performing routine repairs and other tasks that are part of daily farm life.

Lunch is prepared exclusively from fresh, homemade ingredients from the farm, reflecting traditional Macedonian flavors and culinary culture. It includes seasonal vegetables, fresh milk, cheese, eggs, home-raised meat, and other local products, all cooked in a traditional way by the hosts. The meal is served in a cozy atmosphere on the farm, offering direct contact with nature and the rural surroundings. The group will also have the opportunity to learn how to make homemade bread, “zelnik” (traditional pie), rustic meat dishes, delicious desserts, and more.

In the final part of the day, the group can relax and take part in organized games and musical activities, followed by a walk through the surrounding area before returning to Skopje.
