Team building with an authentic rural gastronomic experience

In a quiet rural location, with local village food and wonderful people, we enjoyed yet another fantastic team-building event with the company Supreme Mobility. A one-day trip filled with lots of fun and smiles. We picked vegetables straight from the garden ourselves, prepared salad, and much more!

The team at Kajak.mk focuses on involving all local households, local heroes, and local knowledge in their team-building programs, which they organize for both Macedonian and international companies in Macedonia. A great example of successfully crafted local experiences is this trip we carried out last weekend.

The employees of Supreme Mobility had the opportunity during their one-day adventure to taste barrel-aged wines directly from the cellar of Queen Maria Winery and to learn new skills such as the principles of making homemade soaps and epoxy resin decorations. All of this was complemented by a table rich with delicious local food prepared in a traditional rural style.

The fun games organized by our team further reinforced the unity and camaraderie of the company, which we witnessed firsthand in the field. However, we’ll keep those photos reserved for our private gallery.

We are delighted that companies like Supreme Mobility understand how to support local economies through their team-building trips. Beyond the fun and food, Supreme Mobility had a direct financial impact on a local winery and two local heroines who craft homemade soaps, jewelry, and decorations.
