Team Building in Struga That We Will Remember

Team Building in Struga That We Will Remember

Whenever Kumano is mentioned, we at Kajak are reminded of the company 'Cargo Runner Co.', which is an excellent example of how employees should be motivated and how companies can encourage them to be active in nature.

We are happy that this company chose the Struga region as their destination for a weekend trip, and even happier that through their team building, the company provided direct support to many of our local heroes who dedicate their lives to tourism. This means that we can be proud because this weekend we made another direct contribution to the local economy.

For those who claim that Struga has no offers for a weekend getaway, the Kajak team decided to challenge them with the agenda we all experienced together.

In just two days, we had the chance to meet our local hero Gjoko, who has dedicated his life to sailing. He taught us the basic techniques for handling a sailboat, and we were lucky that the wind was favorable, allowing us to have an unforgettable experience on Lake Ohrid.

On our agenda, we also had Kosta Hiohi, the man who lives for kayaking on the Crn Drim River. With his help, we managed to kayak to the St. Elijah Church, which adorns Lake Globochica. After an active kayaking session, there's nothing more delicious than a meal with fresh salad and grilled food in nature.

To enhance the competitive spirit of the team building, we organized a karting tournament at Pacho's track in Struga. We also had a challenge to find the hidden answers to several of our questions related to the Vevchani Springs.

The program in Struga would not have been complete without the lunch in Vevchani at our local heroine Efimija’s Restaurant Via Ignatia, a destination we can confidently say will remain one of our favorite gastro destinations.

We thank the employees of Cargo Runner Co. for the positive energy with which we left Struga.

Through this team building, the company donated 500 new trees that will be planted during our autumn reforestation campaign.
