Team Building in May Defying Rain and Cold Weather

Team Building in May Defying Rain and Cold Weather

At the very end of May, the team at Kajak.mk feels it’s their duty to share all the team-building trips they organized, through which, together with the companies, they provided direct support to the local economy in Macedonia.

First and foremost, we must emphasize that we’ve never seen such a rainy and cold May, so all the stories we’ll share in the upcoming period will begin with: Team-building trips that defy the cold, rainy month of May.

The company we had the opportunity to spend time with at the beginning of May is Accent (www.accent.mk). We would like to thank Accent for the trust they placed in us, allowing us to organize a unique team-building trip. The destination we chose for the trip was Ponikva. For us, Ponikva is a tourist destination that is still developing, where groups can enjoy the freedom offered by the mountains and the fresh mountain air.

By choosing to hold the team building in Macedonia, Accent company provided direct support to several local players in this region.

The program began with a visit to the Alekso family, who are our friends and partners, promoting the region through homemade local food prepared with fresh ingredients from local gardens and farms. Here, we had the opportunity to taste donkey milk, hear many useful pieces of information, and of course, enjoy the rural tranquility of the village of Trkanje.

After the village of Trkanje, our agenda took us to Magnolia Resort, which offers an indoor pool and spa center, available to all guests. The spaciousness of Magnolia Resort allowed us to organize fun team-building games, and the surroundings gave us the opportunity to use our free time for walks. We won’t reveal too many details about this experience.

On the last day, we completed the program at the beautiful restaurant "Osogovska Kucha," which is a well-known gastronomic destination. The company carried out an active 7-kilometer hike. We thank Accent for their support, and with the realization of this team-building, they also donated 200 trees for reforestation, which will be planted during the autumn planting season.
