With My Small Family Winery, I Want to Promote Prilep as a Wine Destination
Today, we are adding the small family winery "Sarika" to the "Gastronomy" database, behind which is Goce Stanoeski. Sarika is a small family winery with a capacity of up to 5,600 liters of wine and was officially registered in 2020.

The labels represented at Sarika include Vranec, Prokupec, Plovdina, Muscat, and Sarika White (Župjanka and Rkatiteli).
The most important fact is that he still uses grapes from his own vineyards in the wine-growing region of Prilep. The wines are fruity with pronounced freshness and high acidity due to the high altitude of around 730 meters.

In the future, he plans to participate in more international competitions to confirm that the Prilep region is favorable for the production of premium wines.
