Today, we take you to the village of Dren. A mountain village in the foothills of Kozuf, next to the clean and clear river Došnica, and a village that is 100% surrounded by rich, dense forest. Here, nature reigns, and the peace makes this destination more than just an enjoyment.

Near the village of Dren is the village of Chiflik, which you must visit, and here you will also find the popular hot springs, which are considered a local attraction. The springs are located on the Došnica river, where locals bathe in the summer and enjoy the peace.

The village can be reached by an asphalt road that leads from Demir Kapija, one of our favorite summer destinations. On your way back from Dren, you can stop for lunch at the Queen Marija winery and enjoy what it has to offer.

Why do we call it "Paradise on Earth"? Because it is at the perfect altitude of 300 meters, because here flows one of the cleanest and clearest rivers for swimming, and because here nature and the forest reign.
