First Registered Family Winery in Bitola

First Registered Family Winery in Bitola

We are happy that the Kajak.mk shop is filled with stalls from unique local producers. Today, we are adding the first registered family winery from Bitola, Parmak, to our online store.

It is a small family winery located in the City of Consuls, which the owners say is the result of years of love and enjoyment in creating quality wine.

The winery has been in existence since 2020. It was founded by Vladimir Altimarmakov, who today produces red and white wines. Among the white wines, he is particularly proud of the Temjanika and Traminac, while the red wines include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and rosé.

Today, the winery produces up to 6 tons of wine, and in the future, they plan to establish their own vineyards and relocate the winery with a space for food and wine tasting.
