Meet Kristijan Alchinov: A child who loves the inherited work from his grandfather

Today, the weather is sunny, but not too hot. That's why we decided to take you to Gevgelija, where in the very outskirts of the city, you can find Kristijan's bee farm named "Alchinov." Kristijan is a host who truly loves his work, a nature lover and a fan of Kozuf Mountain, which he calls his second home.


Kristijan is developing the story of the "Alchinov" api-center, which is part of the eponymous bee farm, a legacy from his grandfather.


Together with the company Singular, who are loyal supporters of the local heroes we share on Kajak.mk, we visited the farm. Kristijan welcomed us with a wealth of information about the life of bees, shared details about our Macedonian bee, and we had the opportunity to taste various honey specialties produced on the farm itself.


While the bees were doing their work, we had the opportunity to visit the api-chambers and experience a short api-therapy session. For those interested in api-therapy, it's important to note that this therapy lasts longer than a typical tourist visit, but we would definitely return again.


We have already written about Kristijan, and we are glad to see that his story continues to evolve. Kajak.mk will be a supporter of his young story, and we are confident that we will visit again with many more groups.
