For many of you, the village of Pishica is still unknown, so the team at Kajak.mk will try to highlight the main reason why you should visit this village.
Pishica is located in the Zletovo-Probishtip region, or in the far southern part of the town of Probishtip. Pishica is a Macedonian-Vlach village, situated to the east of the slopes of Mount Mangovica, and it lies at an altitude of 320 meters.
Today, you can visit the new gastronomic destination "Ambient" in Pishica, which opened on December 21st last year, and is now part of our "Gastronomy" base.
The hospitality facility features beautiful lakes where you can observe a rich variety of wildlife. What makes this place unique is the fact that guests can observe the food preparation process from their table.
The restaurant is known for its fresh fish, spacious yard with greenery where peacocks walk, and three lakes that house swans and various waterfowl.
If you decide to visit the restaurant, don't forget to try the local specialty cooked under a sač (traditional dome-shaped lid) and the wood-fired pastmajlija.
