Vera organizes workshops and sessions for personal growth, relaxation, and spiritual balance.

Workshop topics include:

Workshops are usually led by Vera, occasionally with guest instructors. Sessions require advance booking, at least two weeks prior.

Energy Massages, Reiki, and Sound Therapy

• Reiki Energy Massage – combines physical relaxation with energy balancing to release blockages, reduce stress, and restore inner harmony.
• Reiki Treatment – a 40-minute individual session focused on energy balancing and inner peace.
• Sound Therapy – uses vibrations to calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation, helping improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and create a sense of lightness.

Location and Schedule
Sessions and workshops are held at Yoga Balance Studio, in the center of Bitola, in a calm and welcoming environment. Individual appointments are available with prior booking.

Session Duration and Types

• Yoga Classes – include yoga exercises, meditation, and sound therapy, typically lasting 60 minutes.
• Sessions are available as group or individual classes according to client needs.
• “Mother & Child” and Kids Yoga – every week from 10:00 to 11:00.
