Our team wouldn’t feel at ease if we didn’t share with you information about the village, the surroundings, as well as tips on what to do in Vishni. For curious travelers who are eagerly waiting for us to add new accommodation so they can pack their bags, here’s what you need to know:

The village of Vishni is located within the municipality of Struga. What makes this village unique is its altitude of 1050 meters, offering a beautiful panoramic view of Struga and Ohrid.

You can reach the village via the main highway from Struga that leads to the Ćafasan border crossing.

If you decide to visit the village and stay in the new unique rustic cottage, our advice is to explore the springs located around the village. This is a great opportunity for outdoor activities and to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The Vishni springs—or Studenets, Izvor, Chesma, and others—are places that will fill your free time and your phone with stunning photos.

In the village of Vishni, you'll meet locals with whom you can chat about everyday life. But when it comes to the unique experiences that Kajak.mk offers, we must highlight that the rustic house has a large garden where you can pick seasonal vegetables and prepare a fresh salad.

The host Angel says that the village welcomes many guests during the summer village celebration of Atanasovden, as well as on Spasovden, when the villagers carry the relics of St. Athanasius to the cave church of St. Spas. This is an old tradition where the relics are carried by a young girl.

Angel adds that guests also have the opportunity to visit the nearby village of Gorna Belica, about which we have shared plenty of information.

The accommodation Angel offers is ideal for a group of adventurers who spend their weekends exploring Macedonia. The maximum capacity is up to 10 people, and the house has two bathrooms with toilets and wood-fired heating.

Околината е идеална за планинарење, шетање, посета на пештерската црква, како и уживање во прекрасниот панорамски поглед кон Струга и Охрид.

The accommodation also offers Wi-Fi, which means that if you are a small group working online, you can easily "relocate" your office here.
