The months are coming when the mountain will shine in all its glory. We say goodbye to the last days of summer by soaking up as much sunlight as possible, nourishing ourselves with vitamin D.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t catch good sunshine during autumn and winter as well. On the contrary, today we’ll introduce you to a truly unique accommodation in Ponikva, part of our private lodging collection, which showcases stunning sunsets and a one-of-a-kind view from the yard that you can enjoy all day long.

The property is located at an altitude of 1,580 meters on Ponikva, which is often described as a mountain where you can enjoy a modest vacation on a modest budget.


Ponikva offers beautiful nature, fresh air, ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails, and restaurants with delicious food. The property features a children’s corner with swings, a large terrace accessible to all guests with views of stunning sunsets, space for big gatherings, a grill, and a fire pit perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Additionally, there is a shared lounge for socializing during winter, equipped with two Smart TVs, a coffee machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar where guests can prepare hot drinks.

The property has 12 apartments (6 small and 6 large). The small apartments feature a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The large apartments have one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. All apartments have their own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils. Smoking inside the apartments is prohibited but allowed outside on the terraces and around the property.
