Reviving Scouting: Bringing Back Tradition in Prilep

Reviving Scouting: Bringing Back Tradition in Prilep

If we had to choose a path forward, our team would definitely opt for the ecological one. We are entering an era where modernity will lean towards minimalism, and travel experiences will become more in-depth. People are increasingly prioritizing trips that allow them to spend more time exploring the local region. Our goal is to show you that by staying in certain destinations and immersing yourself in the local way of life, you will learn much more and experience the region authentically.

Some travelers enjoy adventurous travel experiences. This style of traveling was popular in the past, and today it is regaining interest.

We spoke with Bojan Trajkoski, a member of Camping Macedonia, who believes that scouting will regain popularity. His association includes rescuers, firefighters, public relations professionals, physical education teachers, and a former legionnaire. Their goal is to promote local tourism through educational and cultural events, encouraging more tourists to participate in their camping trips and scouting activities.

Bojan mentioned that during the pandemic, they developed an interest in promoting alternative tourism in the Prilep region. They believe that by collaborating with several organizations, they can successfully enhance tourism in Prilep. Their mission is to encourage young people in the digital age to engage with nature and become more physically active.

It is important to help young people develop a sports spirit and lead a quality life.

Kajak.mk and Campingmk will soon provide details about the locations for upcoming scouting tours. For more updates, follow us on Instagram at campingmk or on Facebook at Camping Macedonia.
