Perfect Year-Round Escape: Villa with Pool for Summer and Fireplace for Winter

Perfect Year-Round Escape: Villa with Pool for Summer and Fireplace for Winter

We have the opportunity to introduce you to Villa Luna, which is now part of the Kajak.mk platform. This villa will become your favorite from May until the end of the summer season thanks to its outdoor pool, but don't rule out the possibility of enjoying it during the winter months as well. As mentioned in the headline, the villa features a beautiful fireplace and a charming wooden interior that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Villa Luna is located 15 kilometers from Skopje, specifically in the village of Kuchkovo. The interior of the house is truly unique. The weekend house was built in the late 1970s, with some parts renovated, but it retains the authenticity of that era, blending traditional and modern elements seamlessly.

From the yard, there is access to a hill, which offers a stunning view of Skopje from the western side. The Cross in Kuchkovo, located 4 km from the villa, is a popular landmark. Every year, on May 1st, the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia prepares a traditional military meal for the locals, attracting a large number of tourists. The Saint George Monastery in Kuchkovo, founded in 1346, is also nearby, adding to the area's historical and cultural significance.

The limestone rock of "Devojachki Kamen," surrounded by many legends, and the springs with healing water in the area of "Konska Noga," are popular landmarks. According to local legends, King Marko passed through this area on his horse. The surrounding area also features numerous churches, adding to its cultural and spiritual heritage. The old Macedonian architecture has been preserved in many of the village's houses, maintaining the traditional charm of the region.

Although it is only about 15 kilometers from the city center, once you are there, you get the feeling that you are on a mountain far away from the urban jungle.

The villa allows pets and is also ideal for organizing daytime events. For more information, photos, and contact for reservations, click HERE.
