New Trees Planted in Negotino Through Kajak.mk's Team-Building Program
New Trees Planted in Negotino Through Kajak.mk's Team-Building Program
On February 17th, Kajak.mk, together with friends from Valtech and Xessable, planted trees in the new park in Negotino, located near the "Saat Kula" clock tower. We are particularly pleased that there is a kindergarten nearby, which means we have managed to provide new greenery, clean air, and shade for the children who use this location for play and socializing.
Five different tree species were planted, with guidance and logistics provided by the Municipality of Negotino.
Kajak.mk's mission for continuous reforestation of new parks and public spaces in Macedonia aims to create a better image for the country, providing the local population with new green areas, summer shade, and clean air.
These reforestation initiatives across Macedonia are carried out with companies with whom we have already organized team-building events, and through their travels, they donate symbolic funds for planting new trees. After the action, we all visited the village of Dolni Disan, where on the same day the "Trail Race for WINE AND LOVE" was held, organized by "Dekonus," our friends who are diligently promoting the Negotino region.
The race was organized for the second consecutive year, with 180 runners registered and many guests in attendance, all there to taste the local wines and specialties from the region.
The day ended with a visit to the beautiful "Venec" winery, where we had the opportunity to tour the winery's facilities and also taste premium wines, which are evidenced by numerous awards.
Our reforestation and tree donation actions will continue in the future, as this is one of the key goals of Kajak.mk's existence.
