Motel Attica: Your Overnight Stay in Skopje Bazaar

Motel Attica: Your Overnight Stay in Skopje Bazaar

Today we strolled through the old Skopje Bazaar, which before the pandemic was the epicenter of tourism. Surely, many of you dream of spending a weekend overnight in the bazaar to truly feel the spirit of the old town.

We spoke with the head of Motel Attica, who over the past years has invested his potential and quality into building a modern facility that is still affordable for everyone.

Kajak: Mr. Bedri, how did the story begin? What do you offer to our market? What makes you special?
Bedri: First of all, welcome to Motel Attica, a place where everyone feels at home—not just as others say, but truly, because we are accessible for every budget. We are building a successful story, despite the difficulties of operating during a pandemic. Our guests, whom we prefer to call friends, stay with us for many reasons.

First of all, as you can see, we are located in the heart of the old Skopje Bazaar. Imagine staying overnight just a few steps from Kuršumli An, a living historical witness to the city’s origins. On the other side, you have Čifte Amam. What more could you ask for?

We are located on valuable land steeped in history. Matka is also nearby and can be visited with our vehicles if guests do not have a car. We are ready to accommodate any request. It is also important to mention the parks that are in our immediate vicinity. We organize transfers to and from the airport. Our location is in the heart of Skopje, which means all routes lead to us, and the most important attractions are right at the guests’ fingertips.

If we add to all of this our service—which I wouldn’t want to brag about myself, but can be seen in the reviews of our satisfied guests who describe our staff as kind, welcoming, and attentive…

In the reviews from our guests, you can also notice the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. These are the key elements that must be perfectly maintained for everything to function smoothly. We pay attention to every detail. It’s also important that we pay attention to the price. We believe everyone deserves to travel, which is why we set a price of 15 to 20 euros per night for two people. This is a price that practically anyone can afford.

Kajak: What our readers and travelers are most concerned about right now is whether they can feel safe regarding the coronavirus.
Bedri: The coronavirus didn’t have to appear for us to pay attention to the safety of our clients. Here, it has always been and will always be a priority. Regular hygiene maintenance is essential. Our staff is trained to follow the latest protocols from the authorities, to perform regular disinfection, and to advise all our guests on how to protect themselves before leaving the motel.

Kajak: What would you recommend to our readers?
Bedri: I would recommend that they visit, because we know exactly how to organize a fantastic weekend in the old bazaar. For any questions, they can freely contact us at: 070 999 072

Or they can write to us on our Facebook fan page: https://www.facebook.com/motelatika/
